PSG would be on the way to extending the stay of one of its young wonders in the French capital.

Senny Mayulu had a second professional dream season at Paris Saint-Germain. With increased playing time this year, the young French midfielder has had the opportunity to take part in the successes of the Red and Blue in each of the competitions played: Ligue 1, Coupe de France, Champions Trophy and Champions League.

The Parisian titi even offered the luxury of scoring in the C1 final against Inter Milan (5-0), thus becoming the second youngest scorer in the history of competition at this stage, at only 19 years and 14 days. Only Patrick Kluivert had done better in 1995, with Ajax Amsterdam against AC Milan (1-0). The Dutch striker was then 18 years, 11 months and 23 days.

An imminent extension

This Sunday, Mayulu reoffended by finding the way to the nets against Atlético Madrid (4-0) in the club World Cup. At the end of a promising season, with 30 matches in all competitions, 6 goals and 3 assists, the integration of the Blanc-Mesnil native into team A seems to be perfectly unfolding. So much so that an extension is in the pipes, according to information from RMC.

The entire PSG staff “believes a lot” in its young talent. In this context, the club's sports adviser, Luis Campos, plans to offer him a new contract soon in order to extend his current lease, which runs until June 2027. Everything suggests that an agreement between the two parties should quickly be concluded.
