Paris Saint-Germain began its club World Cup this Sunday evening against Atlético de Madrid on Sunday evening, at the legendary Rose Bowl de Pasadena, in the United States. Halted with his coronation in the Champions League and a new title of champion of France, the club of the capital was aimed at an unprecedented trophy to conclude an already memorable season. Opposite, Atlético had presented itself in shape, strong with a wide success 4-0 in Girona to close its season and a 3rd place in Liga. A real test for Parisians, who approached this competition with ambition, faced with an opponent determined to make an impression.

Alexander Sørloth then lacked a great opportunity to reduce the gap (82nd). At the end of the match, Senny Mayulu came to perfect the victory of his family thanks to a third goal (87th, 3-0). In the last moments of the match, Mbaye won in the shoulder against Llorente, entered the area and struck hard. But a defender touched the ball in the hand in the area. The penalty was then transformed by Kang-in Lee (90th+7, 4-0). Thanks to its inaugural victory (4-0), the Ile-de-France club seizes the first place in its group.
