Real Madrid coach Xabi Alonso could benefit from a significant boost due to injuries before the revelation of his list for the FIFA club World Cup.

The Spanish coach has until June 10 to confirm his panel for the competition, the Merengues facing Al Hilal in their first match on June 18.

Alonso assesses its options, but the current international truce means that all the plans remain to be finalized, awaiting potential news concerning return players.

Camavonga ready for the World Cup club

The current list of wounded includes many key absents, including Eder Militao, Antonio Rudiger, Ferland Mendy and David Alaba.

Dani Carvajal and Brahim Diaz will be confirmed at the end of the match, but the Brazilian duo Rodrygo Goes and Endrick Felipe should be unscathed. The first could play for its future in club in the United States.

However, despite a globally worrying situation for Alonso, Eduardo Camavanga is making efforts to be available again.

The French international Camavant, 22, had been forfeited for the competition since mid-April due to a serious muscle injury.

Followed by an intensive rehabilitation program in recent weeks, its assessment is now at 50-50, and Marca indicates that Alonon will announce its availability at the last minute.

Alonso will give him every chance of taking the plane for Miami, the new recruits Dean Huijsen and Trent Alexander-Arnold being about to make their club debut.
