Thanks to the victory of the Blues against Germany (2-0) this Sunday during the small final of the League of Nations, Didier Deschamps signed his 107th success at the head of the French team. He thus exceeds the Uruguayan Oscar Tabarez and becomes the only second in the classification of the most victorious selectors with the same selection, behind, ironically, the German Joachim Löw, who accumulated 124 victories with the Mannschaft.

Posting since 2012, the former OM coach reached this total in 169 matches, with a ratio however that of Löw. A perfect scenario, with a faultless course until the world title in 2026, could mathematically allow him to join, even exceed, the former German coach.
