If for many, this Saturday, May 31 is the day of glory, jubilation and fervor, some will spend the evening in fear. On the Champs-Élysées, many shops have placarded wooden boards to hide their public front, with a view to potential overflows which would take place in the event of success in Paris Saint-Germain against Inter Milan in the final of the Champions League.

“Normally, we are open until two in the morning. But we do not want to relive 2018. On the evening of the victory of France in the World Cup, lots of people had entered and had broken everything ”tells a shopkeeper on the street Parisian. In any case, it will not be a day scheduled for business for them, since the police prefect ordered them a complete closure from 7 p.m. for safety measure.
