After a course without hitching in the pool (large 3-0 victory over Germany; draw and virgin against Portugal; 4-0 card before Albania), the Blueberries won their place in the U17 Euro final on Thursday.

On the lawn of Elbasan, Albania, young French people dominated their Belgian counterparts on the score of 3-2. Abdoulaye Camara opened the brand at the end of the first period (42e), but the diablotins equalized on penalty before the break, by Noah Fernandez (45e+2).

It was finally on the return from the locker room that the players of Lionel Rouxel made the difference, by Rudy Matondo (50e) and Diyilian N'Guessan (54e). Axl Wins having reduced the gap in the last quarter of an hour for the Belgians (79e). In vain.

In the final, Sunday in Tirana, the Habs will face Italy or Portugal. For a fourth continental coronation in this age class after 2004, 2015 and 2022?
