Liverpool star Mohamed Salah won the Premier League gold shoe and the price for the best playmaker of the season after having propelled the Reds to the title.

Salah dominated the classification of scorers and assists in the championship, registering 29 goals – including late equalization against Crystal Palace on the last day – and delivering 18 additional assists. The form of the Egyptian international pressed him to win the Ballon d'Or this season, but he will be satisfied for the moment of the Golden Soulier.

Mohamed Salah wins several honors

At one point, it seemed that this season would be the last from Salah to Anfield. The 32 -year -old had suggested that he would leave the club this summer, his contract approaching his term. However, he and defender Virgil Van Dijk finally signed contract extensions linking them to the Reds until 2027, while Trent Alexander-Arnold joined Real Madrid free of charge.

Salah gets ahead for the Golden Ball 2025

Salah has already been elected player of the Premier League season, becoming the fifth player to win this award twice after Kevin de Bruyne, Nemanja Vidic, Cristiano Ronaldo and Thierry Henry.

The Premier League season was over and due to the absence of Liverpool at the Club World Cup, Salah will take advantage of a summer break before the team gathers to prepare for the 2025-26 season.
