One day after the farewells of Ancelotti at the Spanish club, the club officially announced the arrival of Xabi Alonso as next principal coach. The Bundesliga winner coach with Leverkusen will start his career at the head of Real Madrid at the Club World Cup in the United States next month.
Alonso's first match at the head of Real Madrid will take place against Al-Hilal, on June 18, during their first club World Cup match.
