The 2024/2025 season ends in all the European championships and we now know the identity of the 29 teams already qualified for the group stage of the 2025/2026 Champions League. On the French side, we had known for a while of the three representatives since Paris Saint-Germain, Olympique de Marseille and AS Monaco obtained their ticket, Nice having to go through preliminary towers. England slips on its side already six representatives with Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, Chelsea, Newcastle and Tottenham.
Spain is the second most represented country with 5 clubs since FC Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atlético de Madrid, Bilbao and Villarreal will participate in the group stage. Italy (Naples, Inter Milan, Atalanta and Juventus/As Roma) and Germany (Bayern Munich, Bayer Leverkusen, Eintracht Frankfurt and Borussia Dortmund) account for four representatives. The Netherlands are represented by two clubs with the PSV Eindhoven and Ajax Amsterdam. Five national champions are also among the participants with Sporting CP for Portugal, the Saint-Gilloise Union for Belgium, Galatasaray for Turkey, Slavia Prague for Czechia and Olympiakos for Greece. The last seven qualified will be known after the qualification towers.
