Marca reports that a Grande Canary court has officially prosecuted Asencio and his former teammates of the Madrid training center, Andres García, Ferran Ruiz and Juan Rodriguez, for having allegedly recorded images of a sexual nature of two women, including a minor, and having disseminated them without their consent in June 2023.
The report adds that the judge in charge of the case ordered the opening of criminal proceedings against Asencio, 22, and his former teammates, thus paving the way for the filing of complaints and the request to open a trial by the prosecution. In addition, the four men were arrested in September 2023 and their mobile phones were seized by the police.
Real shaken by a serious affair
The alleged crimes include: the discovery of secrets without consent and the violation of privacy, the distribution and the sending of videos to third parties without warning or consent of the injured persons, as well as the recruitment or the use of minors for pornographic purposes and the possession of child pornographic equipment.
The outcome of this case remains to be determined, but Asencio was the holder for Madrid against Mallorca in Liga on Wednesday evening.
