With the enthronement of a new format for the Champions League, there were for the first time four French teams on the starting line of this 2024/2025 edition, which could see PSG be crowned at the end of the final against Inter Milan. Four clubs with honorable courses, which should be rewarded financially. For Paris it is the jackpot: 138 million euros in income will be paid to it by UEFA for its performances, a figure which could amount to 150 in the event of victory in the final.
For the other French clubs, the figures are obviously less, even if they remain significant. Monaco will be paid 60 million euros, compared to 78 million for Lille. Less renamed and eliminated at the same stadium as Monaco, Brest will receive 52 million euros, an astronomical sum for a club on the scale of the Brest stadium, but which will do good at the club, with the new stadium project which is still in progress.
