The two groups formalized him on Tuesday. “This new agreement between the TF1 group and Dazn reaffirms the will of the TF1 group to offer the French access to the biggest competitions”says the front page.
Last December, Dazn acquired all of the TV rights of this “super global club” for free broadcast of matches worldwide. The British group would have paid a million dollars at FIFA! In this deal, Dazn has the possibility of sub-divisions with free channels. This is for example the case in China for the whole tournament. This will therefore be the case also in France.
Dazn did not want to give TF1 too much and made a nice blow by offering the first PSG match in this competition.
