Liga: no winner in the Basque derby between Bilbao and Real Sociedad

It was not the most frenzied Basque derby of the century. Faced with this Sunday evening on the occasion of the 34th day of Liga, the Real Sociedad and the Athletic Bilbao left in a draw without the slightest goal (0-0).

With this result, the Real Sociedad camps in 11th place, but still keeps a tiny chance of playing Europe next season in the event of a faux-pas of its competitors in front (the Basques are 1 point behind Vallecano, 8th, and virtually in C4). Bilbao is 4th and in good position to play the Champions League next season.
