It is now official: even before receiving the Reims stadium, Sunday during the 31st day of Ligue 1, Montpellier no longer has the slightest chance of staying within the elite.

The draw between Le Havre and Monaco (1-1) on Saturday evening, confirms the relegation of the Hérault club in Ligue 2. Thirteen points now separate the two teams.
