OM could lose a key element this summer. While summer is approaching, transfer rumors are taking up more and more space in the Marseille city. And if Luis Henrique is announced on the side of Inter Milan, Amir Murillo, he is tracked by several major clubs in England.

Two Premier League clubs would be ready to do anything to recruit the 29 -year -old player, so much so that the Marseille right rear could be the subject of a “historic transfer” for a player from Panama, says Rony Vargas (El Marcador TV). The two training courses are engaged in the fight for qualification in the Champions League.

Man City in the race?

According to the same source, one of these two clubs may well be Manchester City. After the departure of Kyle Walker and the disappointing services of the young Rico Lewis, the Skyblues could opt for a new option at the post of right side. It remains to be seen whether Olympique de Marseille will be a seller.

Under contract with Olympique de Marseille until June 2028, Amir Murillo quickly established himself as a key element of the defensive system of Roberto de Zerbi. A departure this summer could represent a financially lucrative operation for Marseille leaders, but it would also be a significant sporting loss.

If OM accepts an offer, the club will not only have to manage the financial consequences of this sale, but also find a successor to a player who was able to impose himself with solidity and regularity in the Olympian defense. The question remains: will OM favor the financial aspect to the sportsman in the event of attractive offers?
