The Manchester United season hurts. Fourteenths of Premier League, the Red Devils have completely missed their season on all levels. After having dismissed Erik Ten Hag last November, Ruben Amorim had taken the torch to save the most successful club season in England. But the Portuguese coach came up against a site too difficult to settle in a single season. Only the hope of a final victory in the Europa League would allow the club to hang a European place, a priority objective.

And the Red Devils are counting on the summer transfer window to correct the shot. The workforce of Manchester United will thus know many changes this summer and a first recruit is already about to be completed. Matheus Cunha (25) agreed to join Old Trafford next summer. Managers now remain to lift the purchase option of 73 million euros in Wolverhampton to permanently recruit the Brazilian international. But that's not all.

Victor Osimhen and Xavi Simons targeted

As informed by Daily MailManchester United has looked internally on the profile of 7 other major players. The first target would be Liam Delap, the Ipswich Town striker. But the Red Devils will have to face growing Chelsea competition, which plans to activate its release clause more than 30 M €. Also discussed internally, Xavi Simons and Benjamin Sesko of Leipzig appeal, just like Eberechi Eze de Crystal Palace and Antoine Semenyo de Bournemouth.

Another surprising name is that of Victor Osimhen, who could indeed find a big European championship after a year spent in Galatasaray. A sacred short-list, but before taking action, the Mancunian direction would like to separate from Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Antony, Casemiro and Alejandro Garnacho, who could all be sold this summer. A qualification in the Champions League, via the Europa League, would greatly facilitate the transfer window.
