Tottenham: Vinai Venkatesham appointed Managing Director

By a press release, Tottenham Hotspur formalized this Friday the arrival of Vinai Venkatesham to the post of Managing Director. Former boss of Arsenal, he will join the Spurs board of directors this summer. Venkatesham was notably involved in the organization of the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and he is currently on the board of directors of the British Olympic Association. He also held a central role in the European Club Association.

A new recruit that Daniel Levy reacted on arrival: ” The club has experienced significant growth in recent years, which makes it crucial to the expansion of our management team. I have known Vinai for many years, having worked together in the Premier League and ECA. I am personally delighted that he agreed to join our board of directors while we are preparing for success.
