Sad day for Portuguese football. Aurélio Da Silva Pereira, the “Monsieur Training” of Sporting Portugal, died Tuesday at the age of 77, the Lisbon club said in a press release. It was he who launched the career of big names like the two winners of the Ballon d'Or, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lus Figo, or Luis Nani, Ricardo Quaresma, Joao Moutinho and more recently Rafael Leao.
