Yesterday, when FC Barcelona went to Madrid to compete in the King's Cup semi-final against Atlético, the direction Blaugrana received a hell of a blow on the head. Laliga had indeed published a press release to announce that it invalidated the sale of VIP seats of the future Camp Nou. As a reminder, this sale is supposed to report a hundred million euros to a club forced to bring a lot of money to stay in the nails of Spanish financial fair play. With the announcement of this news, Dani Olmo and Pau Victor were once again taken hostage, because they were no longer allowed to play for Barça until the end of the season.

What make President Joan Laporta mad with rage. “”Regarding the Liga letter, I would like to tell you that we consider it as an attempt to harm the image of the club and go against the interests of FC Barcelona. Obviously, the club will respond through legal services, which carefully examine the Liga letter. We will respond in the most energetic way that is necessary. And obviously, Blaugranas legal services have worked well.

A Barça victory against Laliga

The Higher Committee for Spanish Sport (CSD), has just ruled that the judgment rendered by Laliga from a commission deemed incompetent in the matter. “It was clearly and undoubtedly established throughout this procedure, and after having heard the arguments of the parties, which the follow -up commission was not competent to rule on the prior authorization and the license requested by FC Barcelona”can we read on the press release relayed by the entire Spanish press.

Clearly, the licenses of Dani Olmo and Pau Victor are maintained and the two Blaugranas will be able to play well with their club until the end of the season. As a reminder, the CSD, an organization dependent on the government, had saved the bet at Barça last January. Laliga and the Spanish Federation had invalidated the finances of the Catalan club, but the CSD had authorized the provisional recording of Olmo and Victor last January. In the aftermath of the qualification for the King Cup final, Joan Laporta savor this second consecutive success, even if this problem will arise again next summer.
