FC Barcelona thought it had done the hardest. With the sale of the famous VIP places in Camp Nou last winter, against an surrounding amount of 100 million euros, the club was able to enter the nails of the Liga financial fair play. And thus, return to this famous rule of 1: 1, which allows the club to spend the slightest euro which enters the club's funds on the transfer window. Until now, Catalan leaders could not, under the constraint of the Liga, use it only part, in order to plug the holes in the accounts.

This lever had also made it possible that the CSD, the Higher Committee for Spanish Sport, an body dependent on the government, authorizes the provisional recording of Dani Olmo and Pau Victor in Liga. This “cancellation” of the lever used by Joan Laporta last winter will also have annoying consequences for the next transfer window, while the Barcelonais intended to buy several players like Luis Diaz (Liverpool) and Vanderson (AS Monaco). With a room for maneuver which will be very limited and which will surely force the club to separate, Deco and Joan Laporta are therefore likely to have to review their plans …
