Paris Saint-Germain de Luis Enrique has just equaled a historic record in Ligue 1, reaching 38 games without defeat outside of Affilées, a performance only achieved by AC Milan of Fabio Capello so far, 32 years ago. By crushing Saint-Etienne (6-1), the Parisians joined the Italian club as the only team of the five major European championships to have signed such a series of invincibility on the move.

The last setback of PSG outside in the league dates back to February 11, 2023, against Monaco (3-1), then under the orders of Christophe Galtier. Since then, the club has chained 30 victories and 8 draws, ending the 2023-2024 season without the slightest defeat outside (13 victories, 4 draws) and continuing on this dynamic in 2024-2025 (11 victories, 3 draws). On April 22, on the lawn of Nantes, Paris will have the opportunity to overcome AC Milan and to enter history a little more.
