The situation is struggling to settle for Mike Maignan at AC Milan. While the French goalkeeper's contract runs until June 2026, the Rossoneri has not yet ratified the extension of his lease.

According to information from La Gazzetta dello Sport,
The leaders of the Lombard club are not satisfied with the current performance of the former Lille. They believe that the player must prove that he deserves his three -year extension, until June 2029, accompanied by a salary revaluation.

This season, under the Milanese colors, Maignan has played 41 games in all competitions and kept his invited cage during 11 games. As a reminder, the Cayenne native joined San Siro in the summer of 2021 from the LOSC for an amount estimated at 16.40 million euros.
