One of its main targets for this position is William Saliba, Arsenal, widely considered one of the best central defenders in world football. Central defense has been a source of concern for Real in recent seasons, mainly due to the injuries of Eder Militao and David Alaba. Real insists
Recruiting Saliba will be far from being simple for Arsenal, who considers him as an intransferable player. An important offer would be necessary to convince the Premier League club, even if Real Madrid showed that it was ready to spend big to recruit the ideal player, as he had done with Jude Bellingham in 2023.
There is no doubt that Saliba would be an excellent recruit for Real Madrid, and it will be very interesting to see if and when they will take action. Arsenal will have to remain vigilant, that's for sure.
