Liverpool-PSG: probable compositions

It's the big night. Paris Saint-Germain is at the foot of the wall in Liverpool. Victim of a perfect heist last week at the Parc des Princes, the capital's club landed on the banks of the Mersey to try to take revenge and imitate OM (0-1) and OL (1-2), two of the rare French clubs to have managed to win in the Reds lair. Except that unlike the two Olympics, Paris must win by two goals apart to validate its ticket for the quarter -finals.

A mission (almost) impossible that Luis Enrique will try to carry out, he who has known several reasons. And to achieve this, Spanish should trust the starting eleven which has done so much trouble in Liverpool in the game (but not in front of the goal). Pointed out on the goal of Harvey Elliott, Gianluigi Donnarumma will keep the Parisian cage. In front, Achraf Hakimi, Marquinhos, Willian Pacho and Nuno Mendes will compose the red and blue rearguard.

Two changes to Liverpool?

A notch above, Fabian Ruiz, João Neves and Vitinha will animate the midfield and will try to launch Bradley Barcola, Ousmane Dembélé and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia. Author of a very good entry into play and very good last Saturday against Rennes (4-1), Désiré Doué should again have the role of impact Player in the second period. Note that Marquinhos and Fabian Ruiz are under the threat of a suspension in the event of a yellow card.

Opposite, Arne Slot could make two changes. The hero Alisson Becker will be good for the purpose of the Reds and he will have the Alexander-Arnold-Konaté-Van Dijk-Robertson quartet to protect him. In the middle, the Gravenberch-Mac Allister pair should be renewed. On the other hand, it is in attack where these two changes could take place. Decisive goalscorer, Elliott would take the place of Dominik Szoboszlai. By his side, Luis Diaz and Mohamed Salah will occupy the wings. In advance, Darwin Nuñez would replace Diogo Jota.
