In France and Europe, Paris Saint-Germain is on duration as one of the most powerful financially speaking clubs. UEFA has also just published an annual report on the year 2024. With € 808 million in income, the capital's club is third in a classification ultra dominated by Real Madrid (€ 1,073 million). Manchester City completes the podium with € 854 million, while Olympique de Marseille is the second French club present. The Phocaeans rank twenty -round with € 287 million in income.

Still in terms of gains, Paris and Marseille are also present in the top 20 ticketing recipes. In five years, PSG has increased from € 115 million to € 168 million. In 2024, only Casa Blanca was better with € 185 million. Arsenal is third (€ 153 million) and OM is 13th with € 68 million. Since 2019, the Olympian club has almost doubled its revenues at the counter (€ 36 million). As for commercial income, two hexagonal stables are in the Top 20. Paris, necessarily, with a fifth place (€ 376 million) and Olympique Lyonnais. The Gones point to 15th row with € 135 million.

OM points out

However, Paris spent 81% of its income in wages since the Red and Blue had the largest wage bill in Europe with € 658 million. A very high budget probably linked to the enormous salary that Kylian Mbappé touched after his 2022 gold extension. Manchester City is second (€ 554 million), Real Madrid third (€ 505 million). Note that Paris is the only French club present in this top 20 of the largest salary masses of 2024. The Parisian ranking may be very different when the 2025 report is made public due to the departure of Mbappé.

But if Paris Saint-Germain still affects beautiful sums, the capital's club has however started to bring out the effects of the departure of its world superstars such as Neymar and Lionel Messi. On the field, the capital's club is not hurting it. On the other hand, this report shows that revenues linked to jersey sales and merchandising have experienced the highest drop among other European clubs. They went from € 117 million in 2019 to € 81 million in 2024! Conversely, Real Madrid went from € 103 million in 2019 to € 196 million in 2024. A figure which should further explode in 2025 with the arrival of a certain Mbappé.
