Cesc Fabregas made an impressive start to his career with the Como club, which currently occupies 13th place in the ranking. The former midfielder of Barcelona, Chelsea and Spain has become one of the last talented footballers to jump towards the coach position and, so far, everything is going well.
Fabregas recently led Como to two consecutive victories against Fiorentina and Naples, and these results allowed the team to move away from the Relegation Zone of Serie A. Many would have thought that it would come back in Serie B at the end of the season, but so far, it challenges expectations.
And for this reason, Europe takes note of the exploits of Fabregas in Como. According to Il Messaggero (via football Italia), a number of large clubs keep an eye on the 37 -year -old player, and one of them would be his former club, Barcelona.
Manchester City, AC Milan and Inter Milan would also closely follow the progress of Fabregas for a possible approach in the future, the Rossoneri being probably the first of these clubs to seek a new coach, since Sergio Conceicao would be under pressure although he only granted his candidacy a few months ago.
Fabregas at Barça?
Barcelona should not take steps for Fabregas to soon, since they are already planning to have Hansi Flick as a coach for at least two years. However, they recognize that their former player could be a very good long -term option, especially since he seeks to continue to improve as a coach.
It remains to be seen how the future of Fabregas will take place, but for the moment, its only objective will be Côme – and ensure that they manage to avoid the relegation of Serie A at the end of the season.
