However, according to Jamie Carragher, an obstacle could stand up on his way: not participating in a major competition with his national selection. “I think the problem is the fact that he plays for Egypt and that he does not play a major tournament, or that he may not have a great chance to win”judged the sports consultant on Sky Sports.
