This winter, Manchester United want to part ways with Marcus Rashford. The 27-year-old Englishman is in talks with FC Barcelona regarding a 6-month loan. At the same time, the residents of Old Trafford, who want to save money here and there, have opened the door to the departure of Alejandro Garnacho. Which may seem surprising since the Argentinian corresponds to the profile of the players on whom the Red Devils intend to rely, namely a talented young player who could possibly be sold very expensively in the future. But the Mancunians no longer want to wait to sell Garnacho, who also had a small clash with new coach Ruben Amorim.

The latter validated the decision of his club, which will let him go in the event of a good proposal. Initially, the English had set the price of the 20-year-old player at just over €88 million. Their plan was to make the most of it. But they have obviously lowered their demands since no one seems decided to put so much money on the table and the club needs cash. So Sky Italia reveals that the Mancunians are now willing to accept a €65m proposal. His suitors will therefore have to put their hands in their wallets. Among them, we find Naples, who want to make him the successor of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, who left for Paris Saint-Germain.

MU tries everything to sell Garnacho

Yesterday, the Gazzetta dello Sport revealed that the Partenopei intended to offer €50 million for Garnacho. Other Italian media assure that they have already made a proposal of €45 million. In any case, we are still far from the amount requested by Man U. Despite everything, Napoli has its chances. It is also the club which is putting the most pressure on Manchester United and the player at the moment according to TyC Sports. Antonio Conte also called Garnacho a few days ago to convince him.

But the club chaired by Aurelio de Laurentiis has not yet reached an agreement with the English club and the player. In addition, Naples has to deal with competition. Indeed, Chelsea are also in the mix according to TyC Sports. The Argentine media explains that the Blues will certainly make an offer for Alejandro Garnacho in the coming days. Concerning the main interested party, he ideally wants to continue playing in the Premier League. Which is a good point for the Londoners, who are advancing their pawns behind the scenes. For its part, Manchester United, which is ready to make a financial effort to be able to part with it, prefers instead to sell it to a club which does not play in England. The soap opera continues.
