This Wednesday, January 15, PSG will travel to Clermont to challenge Espaly, resident of National 3, in the round of 16 of the Coupe de France. At a press conference before the match, Parisian manager Luis Enrique spoke about the absence of his captain Marquinhos: “I don’t worry. His injury is minor, but we don’t want to put him at risk. He won’t play tomorrow. It’s not worrying, it’s a usual thing. The doctors keep us informed. He could play tomorrow, but we won’t.”

A risk of injury that Luis Enrique wants to avoid at all costs, a few days before important Champions League matches against Suttugart and Manchester City, which will determine the future of the Paris Saint-Germain season. The Brazilian defender also did not play against Saint-Étienne on Sunday, as part of the 17th day of Ligue 1.
