Author of seven goals in La Liga, four in the Champions League and one in the Copa del Rey, Antoine Griezmann thought he had scored for the 13th time of the season in the 8th minute of Atlético’s match against Osasuna, Sunday after noon, for the 19th day of La Liga.
“Grizi” sent the ball to the back of the opposing net by cutting a cross from Nahuel Molina at the near post. The former French international’s goal, however, was invalidated by the referee of the match for a hand fault, since Griezmann caught the ball with his arm, as the video referee quickly noticed when viewing the images.
