With only one victory obtained in the last seven Championship matches, the Paris Football Club knew what it had to do on Saturday at home against Amiens for the 18th day of Ligue 2. The players coached by Stéphane Gili performed satisfied with the minimum by winning 1-0, thanks to a goal from Pierre-Yves Hamel at the start of the second period (50th).

The Parisian players were undoubtedly motivated a little more knowing that an important figure was particularly watching over them. Jürgen Klopp was in the stands of the Charléty stadium (13th arrondissement of the capital) alongside Antoine Arnault, belonging to the LVMH group, the new owner of the PFC.

Red Bull to give wings

The German, who left Liverpool last summer, is now the football director of the Red Bull group, the other major partner of the capital club which intends to achieve promotion to Ligue 1 in a few months.
