It was an administrative victory that many Barcelonans celebrated like a title, with Joan Laporta at the top of the list. On Wednesday evening, the Higher Sports Council, an organization attached to the Spanish government, agreed with Barça and allowed the Catalan club to provisionally register Dani Olmo and Pau Victor in La Liga.
