He embodied theMarseille Olympic with talent and courage for 8 years, between 2007 and 2015. André Ayew has forgotten nothing about his first part of his career in his training club. The eldest son of Abédi Pelé has always proclaimed his love for OM and its supporters.

In total, André Ayew will have played more than 200 matches in the white and blue jersey, scoring 60 goals in all competitions. An admirable record for a player who left excellent memories in Marseille, both on and off the pitch.

The great return of a favorite of the Vélodrome

Water has flowed under the bridge, and André Ayew continued his journey abroad, writing some beautiful chapters of his career on the other side of the Channel, from West Ham to Nottingham Forest, via Swansea. But the Ghana international made his return to Ligue 1 last season.

Coming to bring all his experience to Le Havre, Ayew is still playing with the Norman club this season. And he will make his big return to the Vélodrome this Sunday evening for the match between Olympique de Marseille and his team. A meeting which will have a particular flavor for the attacking midfielder, ten years after his departure.
