Once mentioned, the departure on loan from Mathys Tel will ultimately not see the light of day. As explained Sky Sports Germany this Friday, Bayern Munich chose to keep their striker until the end of the season. This decision is the result of long discussions between Max Eberl and Christoph Freund.

The German media specifies that several clubs had studied the feasibility of a loan in recent weeks, in this case Werder Bremen, Stuttgart, Augsburg, but also Premier League clubs such as Nottingham Forest. This season under the orders of Vincent Kompany, the 19-year-old French international hopeful has only played 434 minutes for a 0-goal record. He scored 10 last season with Thomas Tuchel.
