The deal is concluded on R9’s side. The media Diario de Valladolid announces that the sale of the current last in LaLiga, Real Valladolid, has already been concluded and should even be made official after the end of the winter transfer window, once the economic operations linked to the football market have been processed. This sale is the result of steps initiated since September 2024 aimed at preparing the sale of the club. The aim was to conclude this transaction once the full shareholder composition had been clarified.

Currently, Tara Sports 2018 SL, led by Ronaldo Nazário, owns 82.7% of the club’s shares. This stake results from the 51% acquired in 2018, the additional 21.7% purchased by Ronaldo and the 10% obtained by former president Carlos Suárez. Ágora Patrimonial holds 9.1% and minority shareholders share the remaining 8.2%. Although Ágora launched a lawsuit against a capital increase in October, this in no way prevents the sale. Thus, the sale of Real Valladolid appears to be about to be made official, marking the end of an era under Ronaldo’s presidency and the start of a new adventure for the club.
