If Anthony Lopes left free OL to join Nantes, Jeffinho permanently signed him at Botafogo for 5.3 million euros plus a 30% resale incentive. And Gift Orban brought in much more.

The day after the deal concluded with the Rio club for the Brazilian winger, Les Gones came to an agreement with Hoffenheim for the transfer of the Nigerian striker. According to L’Equipe, a total agreement was reached this Wednesday with the Bundesliga club, with Gift Orban already on his way to Germany.

A deal worth €12 million

This Thursday, after the essential medical examination, the 22-year-old striker bought from La Gantoise for 14 million euros last January will sign a new four and a half year deal in favor of Hoffe. For a transfer fee of 12 million euros.

Three months after his last appearance in the championship, Gift Orban was no longer part of Pierre Sage’s plans. In one year he will have played 21 matches in all competitions in the Lyon jersey, for a record of five goals scored.
