In this context, The Sun reports that the child from Manchester would have been offered to Juventus in Turin. Thus, the Serie A club, in search of offensive reinforcements, would have been sounded out by the Red Devils for a transfer of the Mancunian number 10.
However, this offer was rejected by the management of the Old Lady. The reason? The Bianconero coach, Thiago Motta, would have another player in mind: Joshua Zirkzee, recruited this summer by United from Bologna.
