Paris Saint-Germain is looking for a central defender for the next winter transfer window. With the almost certain departure of Milan Skriniar, the Parisian club is interested in the profile of Ilya Zabarny, a young talent playing at Bournemouth.
In difficulty at the right-handed central defender position, PSG is preparing for the post-Skriniar era and the succession of Marquinhos. Skriniar, followed by clubs such as Juventus and Galatasaray, was asked to find a new club. To fill this void, PSG is targeting Zabarny, aged 22, author of a solid first part of the season with Bournemouth. The player is estimated at 38 million euros and his transfer could nevertheless be complicated by political considerations, in particular the presence of Matvey Safonov, Russian player, in the Parisian squad.
Khusanov also in the sights of PSG
PSG is also exploring other avenues, such as that of Abdukodir Khusanov, Uzbek defender of RC Lens, whose value is estimated between 25 and 30 million euros. At only 20 years old, his young and dynamic profile corresponds to the expectations of Luis Enrique, who wants a player capable of quickly integrating into the tactical principles of the club.
