Juventus can no longer win in the league. Saturday on home soil, the “Old Lady” scored a fourth draw in a row, while hosting the modest formation of Venice (2-2, 16th day of Serie A). Thiago Motta’s men even came close to defeat and saved the point from a draw in the final seconds of stoppage time thanks to Dusan Vlahovic (90th + 5). In the standings, Turin is sixth, nine points behind leader Bergamo.

Because a little earlier in the day, Atalanta went to win on the Cagliari lawn, at the end of a very balanced match and finally unlocked by the one and only goal from Nicolo Zaniolo (1-0, 66th) . This small but precious success allows the Dea to maintain its place as leader of Serie A, two units ahead of Naples.

Thauvin, a goal for nothing

Napoli who also won this Saturday, again away on Udinese ground (1-3). A match however started badly with the visitors who conceded a goal scored in two stages by Florian Thauvin after a penalty saved (1-0, 22nd). Able to resist in the first half, the Udine players, however, completely collapsed during the second act.

And Naples took full advantage of it. 69th% of possession, eight shots to zero, but above all three goals scored with first that of Romelu Lukaku (1-1, 50th), then a goal from the unfortunate Lautaro Giannetti (1-2, 76th), and finally that of ‘André Zambo-Anguissa (1-3, 81st). Enough to allow Naples to stay two points behind Atalanta and have four points more than their first pursuer, Inter Milan, who however have two games less.
