Hansi Flick will not be on the FC Barcelona bench this Sunday against Leganés (9:00 p.m.). The German coach is in fact suspended after being sent off for one word too many during his team’s last meeting against Betis, and will leave his place to his assistant Marcus Sorg. This Saturday at a press conference, the former Bayern Munich coach still returned to this arbitration decision, which he is still struggling to digest.

My suspension? My reaction was not good, I tried to talk to Frenkie, and there were problems between Roque and Iñigo. We don’t need to do bad things. We should not spend our energy on decisions that we cannot change. I have to accept the red card but it was hard, admitted the German (…) I was not used to this championship, I just arrived and I have already received my first red card. I also hope that they will act the same way with the other teams. This is the last time I answer about referees, I know that for journalists it is a very interesting subject, but everything has already been said. »
