Match already essential in Paris’ European campaign. On the occasion of the sixth day of the Champions League, PSG travels to Salzburg (kick-off 9:00 p.m., match to follow on FM). With only four points in five matches, the Parisians (25th) got off to a bad start in this C1 and are currently outside the zone of 24 which qualifies the teams for the round of 16. PSG has three matches to reverse the trend and this trip to Austria, against a team which has only three points, appears to be the simplest before facing Manchester City and Stuttgart in January.

For this meeting, Luis Enrique is deprived of Dembélé (suspended) while Kimpembe was not selected. Donnarumma, on the bench against Bayern, finds his place in goal. Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho and Nuno Mendes start in defense. In the middle, Fabian Ruiz is preferred to Zaire-Emery to accompany Joao Neves and Vitinha. In front, it’s Lee who replaces Dembélé on the right with Ramos in the axis and Barcola on the left. On the Austrian side, Pepijn Lijnders, the Dutch coach, has seven absentees (Diakité, Terzic, Fernando, Konaté, Kjaergaard, Morgalla and Piatkowski). He still opts for a 4-3-3 with some well-known names like the former Stéphanois Gourna-Douath in the middle or the Israeli Gloukh. Behind, Baidoo is aligned with Guindo in the center. In front, Ratkov is supported by Dorgeles and Yeo.

The official compositions:

Salzburg: Schlager – Capaldo, Guindo, Baidoo, Dedic – Bidstrup, Gourna-Douath, Gloukh – Yeo, Ratkov, Dorgeles.

PSG: Donnarumma – Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Nuno Mendes – Joao Neves, Vitinha, Fabian Ruiz – Lee, Ramos, Barcola.
