Liverpool, PSG: Mohamed Salah has finally chosen his future club

Is Mohamed Salah the best player in the world right now? It’s a debate that has often come up on social networks in recent weeks. And given the player’s performances with Liverpool, it’s a rather legitimate debate. With 14 goals and 12 assists in 19 matches in all competitions with the Reds, the 32-year-old striker is on cloud nine and enjoys match after match.

The media thus indicates that he will stay at Liverpool, and that the two parties are close to reaching an agreement around a new two-year contract. The differences mainly resided on the duration of the contract: the Reds offered an additional year, while the Salah clan wanted three. A happy medium was therefore found, while the financial aspect has never been important in this matter, according to the media. Mohamed Salah should therefore continue to delight Anfield until 2027…
