Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo, the big altercation

Ronaldo’s Al-Nassr were beaten 2-1 by Al-Ittihad on Friday. His former teammate, Karim Benzema, opened the scoring in the 55th minute and, just two minutes later, Ronaldo equalized. Shortly after, the Frenchman clashed with Otavio, before Ronaldo intervened and calmed his former teammate.

Ronaldo and his teammates were finally dealt a blow, as Steven Bergwijn scored a last-minute winner to give Ittihad a massive victory. Ronaldo’s side are now fourth in the Saudi Pro League, 11 points behind Ittihad.

Al-Nassr have now lost two games in a row due to an injury-time goal, having lost 2-1 to Al-Sadd in the AFC Champions League in similar fashion in midweek.
