A Leverkusen player arrives, Barça's big move

FC Barcelona is already starting to prepare for the coming season. The Catalan club are close to agreeing a deal for Bayer Leverkusen defender Jonathan Tah.

At the end of his contract in June, Tah announced that he would leave Bayer at the end of the season. The Iberian media Jijantes therefore affirms that an agreement has been reached for a transfer of the player to Catalonia.

Barça is ahead of the competition

Deco, Barca’s sporting director, recently visited Germany and met Tah and his agent in Leverkusen. The meeting took place at a local restaurant and ended positively. An agreement was reached, satisfying all parties.

Tah, as things stand, will finish the season with Bayer, but will commit to a pre-contract with Barca from next month. This way, the Blaugrana will pull the rug out from under the feet of the competition.
