Last summer, Paul Dybala (31) was on the verge of leaving AS Roma to join Saudi Arabia and the Al-Qadsiah club. But the Argentinian, supported by the Roman fans, finally turned around. A choice that he later explained: “In the balance, I put my family, my wife, the city and the desire to return to the selection. I’m 30 years old and I feel good physically, I still want to give my best. Afterwards, it’s obvious that when someone sees such an amount, we think… But there are other priorities.”

A few months later, Joya is once again talked about in the transfer window. Il Messaggero reveals that the former Palermo and Juventus player could be leaving for good next summer. Saudi Arabia is still ready to welcome him, as are Major League Soccer and Boca Juniors, in his country. Under contract until June 2025, Dybala could automatically extend his lease for an additional year (June 2026) if he participates in a certain number of matches with La Louve this season. So far, he has been used 13 times in all competitions this year (2 goals).
