Two good news before Bayern-PSG

The infirmary is emptying on the Paris Saint-Germain side! On the eve of a decisive meeting in the Champions League at Bayern Munich, the capital club records the returns of Presnel Kimpembe and Gonçalo Ramos, who are in Luis Enrique’s group for the trip to Germany.

Seriously injured in the Achilles tendon, and subsequently suffering from complications, Kimpembe has not played for 638 days. According to RMC, he should not appear on the scoresheet, but his leadership and his experience could do good for the Parisian group, which will play part of its European future on Tuesday evening.

Gonçalo Ramos returns

On the other hand, Ramos could well come into play during this meeting. The Portuguese striker injured his ankle on the very first day of the championship in August. Since then, Luis Enrique has done without a professional center forward in almost every match, often aligning Marco Asensio or Lee Kang-In as a false No.9, to the detriment of Randal Kolo Muani.

In the Champions League, PSG displayed a fairly glaring deficit in efficiency. In this context, the return of Ramos could look like very good news. Even if it should be remembered that the former Benfica player did not score a single goal in C1 last season, in seven appearances.

The squad for Bayern/PSG:

Donnarumma, Safonov, Tenas – Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, Kimpembe, Beraldo, Skriniar, Mendes, Zague – Fabian Ruiz, Joao Neves, Vitinha, Zaire-Emery, Doué – Barcola, Dembélé, Asensio, Kolo Muani, Lee, Ramos
