Despite his loan to Bayer Leverkusen on August 28, his situation is hardly improving. With the German club, the 27-year-old defender was only allowed 266 minutes of play this season, in all competitions. Xabi Alonso only started him four times.
Mukiele, a hungry game time
Victim of a muscle injury, Nordi Mukiele was unable to take part in Bayer’s last two matches, on November 5 in the Europa League against Liverpool and four days later against Bochum in the league.
As a reminder, the native of Montreuil is one of the protagonists of the “Mbappé affair” which was revealed on October 14 by the Swedish media. The former Montpellier player was behind the arrival of the Madrid number 9 in the Scandinavian country, for a night trip. In the past, he had already participated in this type of evening in Stockholm. The two footballers had formed a great friendship during their two seasons spent together at PSG.
