Long tracked by PSG this summer, young central defender Dean Huijsen finally decided to move to the Premier League side Bournemouth. After an interesting loan spell with Roma last season, the 19-year-old, who decided to represent Spain despite starting out with the Netherlands youth team, is now hoping to launch his career. In an interview for A.S.he revealed that he refused to sign for Real Madrid and Barça a few years ago, preferring to join Juventus.
“Yeah, I refused Real and Barça. I think I made the hardest decision. But Italy is very famous for having good defenses and I learned a lot there. Jordi Cruyff is obviously a very big name in football. But I’m very cold about these things (editor’s note: career choice). I thought about where I could be better and decided to go to Juve.”he said.
