This Saturday evening,
Paris Saint-Germain traveled to the pitch of the SCO d’Angers on the occasion of the eleventh day of Ligue 1. Shortly after the quarter of play, Lee Kang-In opened the scoring in favor of the capital club, with a shot from the right at the far post. Despite Lefort returning the shot to his line, the referee validated the goal after his watch vibrated (0-1, 17th).

In the process, the Korean made the break by collecting a cross from Asensio to finish from the left at the far post (0-2, 20th). At the half hour mark, Barcola
shot Fofana in the area and added to the score (0-3, 31st). The international also scored a double just before half-time, scoring a winning header, which ended in the side net (0-4, 45th+2).

PSG too lax in the second half

In the second half, the Rouge et Bleu (who played in pink this evening) were content to manage their considerable lead on the scoreboard. Coming into play in place of Mayulu, Kolo Muani could even have worsened the score if the Angevin goalkeeper had not stopped his strong left shot (75th). In stoppage time, Lepaul reduced the gap with a splendid volley (1-4, 90th+1). Biumla even added another goal with an uncrossed header in the final seconds (2-4, 90th+7).

Thanks to this victory (2-4), the capital club consolidates its leadership position in Ligue 1. With 29 points on the clock, Luis Enrique’s men are six lengths ahead of AS Monaco and Olympique from Marseille new. After almost a third of the championship disputed, the title of champion of France already seems to be no longer able to escape PSG.
