Las Palmas is breathing better these days. In addition to the defeat suffered against Atlético de Madrid last weekend (2-0), Diego Martínez’s players had three consecutive victories. And this evening, they returned to this period of success by offering themselves Rayo Vallecano, certainly superior, but terribly ineffective (1-3).

Very early on, the player trained in Porto, Fabio Silva, opened the scoring (6th) for the visitors, before Aridane Hernandez scored against his camp during the second period (62nd), and Manuel Fuster came to extinguish the hopes of the locals (67th). Despite 34 strikes, the Rayo players were not even able to score on their own, since their only goal came from McKenna, against his camp (90+3rd). In the ranking, Rayo Vallecano of James Rodríguez, still a substitute today, is 9th. Las Palmas jumps to 15th place.
